”Lovely hotel room was very comfortable however the spa wasn’t very relaxing as it was full of screaming kids running and jumping in the pool ”

”What a pleasant place this was. We had food in the Dolly bar and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could want If I was being picky it would of been lovely to of seen outside lights from the bar so you could see the river in the dark”

”Stayed in a pod with hot tub, great use of space and logs provided for the burner. Outside area could benefit from some small touches like solar fairy lights, dry seating cushions and maybe robes. Fabulous sleep, so tranquil, great breakfast, good selection and tasty , hot food. Swimming pool was out of use, no partial refund was offered. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

”Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill. When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken. We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty. Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer. Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi. When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean. On reporting the cleanliness of the facilities after complaining previously about...

”素晴らしいチェックイン、アウトのシステムです。コンタクトレスが進んでいる国ならではのシステムだと思う。朝食も5、6種類から選べて楽しい。駅から近いですが、坂道なんで大きな荷物があるときは、駅からボウネス行きに乗り、ウインダミアライブラリのバス停で降りるのがいいと思います。”
