”We came for a Change of Command at NAS Whidbey Island and the location was perfectly located between the base and our other events. Being near Deception Pass, we took advantage of going into the park, early morning you could see deer. Both in the park and in the yard. The photos accurately describe the chalet, it is beautiful and rustic. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well equipped if you so desired to do so.
