Situated within a Georgian townhouse, the flat blends historic charm with modern comfort. Inside, the open-plan layout creates a cosy, well-appointed space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re cooking a quiet meal, enjoying a glass of wine, or settling in for the evening watching the TV, everything has been styled with comfort in mind.


The bistro wine bar below operates on the following schedule:
- Opening Days: Wednesday to Saturday
- Opening Hours: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Bar Food Available: from 5:00 pm
- Restaurant Bookings: from 5:00 pm

Please note:
- The bistro is closed on New Year’s Day.
- The bistro will also be closed from Sunday 4 January until Wednesday 14 January for holidays.


The Layout

Just minutes from Whitby’s famous beach, harbour, and cultural highlights, the apartment sits on Skinner Street – known locally as the “Hampstead of Whitby” thanks to its charming mix of tearooms, independent shops and bakeries. Explore historic streets, enjoy fish and chips on the promenade, or visit Pannet Park and the Whale Bones viewpoint nearby.

Everything is walkable, and the train and bus stations are around 10 minutes on foot. Free street parking is available using scratch cards provided – please note this is on a first come, first served basis.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
