Very close to West Cliff promenade, and the beach. The harbour, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance too, making this a brilliant base for exploring everything Whitby has to offer — whether that’s coastal walks, beach days, or wandering the historic streets.

Stroll along the harbour, climb the famous 199 Steps to Whitby Abbey, enjoy fish and chips by the sea, browse the independent shops, or take a boat trip along the coast. The West Cliff itself is perfect for scenic walks and sunsets, with the beach and promenade right on your doorstep.
Venture a little further and you’ll discover some of the North Yorkshire coast’s most beautiful spots.
