The basement apartment is sleek and modern, and all the kitchen amenities we could need were in good supply. The carpet is stained. Light patches all over it but it was clean. The upstairs neighbors are noisey. I would like to see mattress protectors on the bed rather than just the thin sheet over the mattress. We felt ssfe it was a nice neighborhood.
