”The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

”Great location, convenient parking. Good for 4-6 people but would be a squeeze downstairs with 8. We made good use of the outside space. Well equiped kitchen. Love Shrewsbury.”

”Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. We booked through hotels.com and still trying to get to the bottom of what happened. We ended up in a quadruple room in the Travel lodge (at our own expense) this was not the family...

”There is no way that house can host 7 people , you couldn’t swing a cat in the living room and there’s only one toilet for 7 people and you have to go through a bedroom and disturb people to get to bathroom .. really disappointed . The seven of us couldn’t sit in “living room” together.”
