”Very clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was a little cold and the hot water ran out. There was no shampoo and very little soap. Only 1 tissue left in the box so I had to go ask for more. Despite the above comments, we will stay here again if passing through Medford, OR again.”

”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”

”Overall, we thought the Quality Inn was great! Check in was very efficient and staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean, loved that they had so many amenities like a gym, pool, sauna, and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. I was especially pleased that they had fresh hot coffee at 3:00 am. Flight was too early to take advantage of their breakfast. I went with four stars due to chemical smell of cleaner, but that was relieved with the ability to open window and door for...

”We didn't have a good experience here. Before we entered the hotel we had registered 3 rooms but when arivws we were told we only had 2 rooms. And when we went to our rooms it looked like someone smoked there .Also we had a baby with us so we asked for an crib and when we got one it was really dirty so we didnt use it.”
