”The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

Kindly offering the water and cookie for members. The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated. The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

”I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room. ”Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me”

”You get what you pay for. Bare bones amenities: shampoo and conditioner; no coffee in room; elevator broken which may or may not get fixed; and the toilet leaked, fortunately not in a used space. It appears that the place is being remodeled so it may be better in the future. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep a few minutes from the airport, go for it!”
