”The room was okay except the containers of body wash and shampoo were empty and never refilled and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. They failed to replenish the wash cloths for our second day.
The room key would not work and we had to go to the front desk three times and then figure it out ourselves because there was nobody from maintenance to help us and the young lady said that she had this problem every weekend because there were no maintenance crew on site.
It was the 4th of July...

This hotel is filthy!
The cleanest area is the front desk.
Dirty sheets, roaches, moldy, broke down ice machine with parts falling off, floors are disgusting & all the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed for a while!
Electric outlets without covers, air conditioner hardly worked in our room, no air conditioning running in the building on July 3rd 2026!
Grounds are littered with trash, glass, beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere!
Breakfast isn't edible! There...

”Not very clean. Worn carpet, sink drained slowly, toilet didnt flush very well. Lights in bathroom and hallway went out and the woman at the front desk had to reset the breaker. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.”

”There was mold smell in our room the air was heavy with moisture and the carpets was damp with it. It caused my husband to have issues breathing so we checked out a day early and I have yet to hear about a refund. We talk to other guest in our floor and their rooms was the same!”
