Read this

The property is nice, secluded, beautiful house. However, the following issues are either misleading or not listed:1. There is no primary/master bedroom access. It is locked off.2. No bedroom has an en-suite bathroom 3. There are not 4 bedrooms in the house. There IS another bedroom, “the 4th” I guess, in a different building above the garage.4. This bedroom/apartment above the garage was locked off w no access given at checkin. I did ask for access, and it was provided. There are pics in the listing.5. In the main house, there are 3 small bedrooms, two have queens, one has 2 small beds (twins I think)6. The house DOES NOT have air conditioning as the listing says it does. There are TWO portable rolling AC units in the main house and 1 in the apartment. You have to install these yourself by placing exhaust pipe in window. They will keep 1 small bedroom cool that’s it. 7. The listing shows a large backyard. However during our stay, it was a 3-4 foot tall weed zone with paths mowed down to the firepit area, and around a dead Christmas tree dumped off the back deck 7 months ago.8. The firepit area had beer bottles and cans left over from prev guests9. There is no way the house sleeps 14. There are 2 twin beds in the middle of the hall just outside the upstairs bathroom, and the other beds I listed above.10. It gets hot in the house during summer, even with temps dropping into 60s at night, there are many large windows you can’t block. There were no fans,
