”Stayed for one night while up the north coast. Easy to find and appreciated the map for parking round the back of property. Host was friendly and welcoming. Room was fine though noise was an issue. The traffic noise from main road was not great. Also, you could hear next door and door closing. These were the only real negative aspects from my stay. ”

”The room was large. Front staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. Fantastic breakfast options. Fresh made to order hot breakfast. Heads above any breakfast included hotels in North America. Located at the edge of town but the seaside walk into town was great. Nearby restaurant Tides was not worth a revisit.”

”5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel”

”The rooms where very nice, I would be careful if you don't do stairs. There are plenty, even in the bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The town did not have a lot of dinner options. Very close to Nothern Ireland attractions.”

”JJ and Marie and staff were great hosts!! Very friendly and welcoming to Portstewart. I would return for sure as the accommodation was great and convenient to walks and transportation. And breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All around great stay.”

”Such a quirky little find! Wonderful stay. We booked the garden view townhouse and it was clean, modern and spacious. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and pods and selection of teabags etc provided. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant is a must try, dinner was so good we ended up having breakfast the next morning at the hotel too instead of venturing out elsewhere. Both dining and accommodation are great value for money and a prime location. ”

”We had a clean room. It was in a perfect location in Northern Ireland. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice size. :) great location!”

”The lodge hotel service and food are so very good. Restaurant serves an extensive menu and two meals we had were great. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are newly refurbished and big. Very happy to return.”
