”Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place .”

”Staff was very nice, but the condition of the hotel was not good. Our toilet door didn't close properly and when it did, the door locked from the inside and we were locked out. The bathroom smelled moldy. There were huge white stains in our blankets.
The breakfast was bad even for a complimentary breakfast, they ran out of most things before the breakfast time was over (juice, fruit, coffee, forks, butter) and and the tables were dirty. Seemed like no one was looking after the breakfast area...

”From the moment I arrived, this property made it clear standards were not a priority. The front desk staff were engaged in a petty back-and-forth with other customers serious enough that police were called, which delayed my check-in significantly.
When I finally got to my room, the problems compounded immediately. I had paid extra for a smoking room but arrived to find a no-smoking sign on the door and a hallway that smelled strongly of urine. The key card barely functioned.

”Very nice sized room, super clean! Beds and bedding comfy! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was fantastic! A little disappointed in the breakfast, as there were no protein offerings. Waffles were great, but could have used some sugar free syrup. No swimming pool here. Overall pleased as it's basically right across the street from where we were going.”

”The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had weird looking water on the floor in front of the fridge. The floor was also sticky. She quickly gave us a different room. She was so wonderful and accommodating.
When we entered the second room, we found the floor to be sticky as well which seemed to be what often happens if the mop water or mop wasn’t clean. We dealt
with it - it was only for a night.
The location is excellent. There’s several restaurants and a Panera up...
