”Palvelu oli loistavaa niin hotellissa kuin hotellin ravintoloissa ja spa:ssa. Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen. Hotelli oli vastoin odotuksiamme erittäin lapsiystävällinen, lasta huomioitiin lahjoin ja ystävällisellä palvelulla. Spa:ssa kohtelias palvelu, ravintolassa ja baarissa ruoka erinomaista joskin kallista. Huone siisti ja tyylikäs, eritäin hyvä suihku. Lämpimät suosittelut!”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything. They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again....

”We stayed here while doing college visits for my son. Excellent hotel and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant had good food and excellent service. Also, you are in walking diatnce to George Washington Univeristy, a short Uber ride from Georgetown, and very close to the train station.”

”The property is very nice. The staff was not very good at greeting and to try and contact someone by phone was almost impossible. We were told we'd have a city facing room. It was ready, so they said, but it was not inspected yet. I saw the room number. We returned later soaking wet from a downpour. Employees in the lobby would not answer the door. Nobody answered the intercom call. When we finally got our room (different room than was originally going to be given to us, was courtyard facing....

”Our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel in center of the Wharf area which is full of restaurants and entertainment. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.”

”We arrived late and a bit tired, and the young lady at the front desk was so helpful. She provided excellent recommendations, details about DC and a map. All through our trip the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the Metro station. Having the Bluestone Lane Cafe beside the hotel was perfect for early breakfast before beginning our day.”

”Beautiful historic Inn with all its charm. Wonderful staff ; very helpful in all ways. Very comfortable bed and tons of pillows. Suggestions: 1.. a more complete in -room coffee bar, rather sparse. No teas offered. 2. Perhaps the biggest drawback to staying at the Lombardy: trying to get a good sleep in the early morning hours: from 530am-7am it is non stop garbage trucks with ultra loud back up beepers that sound just like a neighboring room's alarm clocks. You WILL be woken up....
