After i got into the room i tried the TV. Im hearing impaired and always watch TV with the captioning on. I went to the desk and asked the girl if she could help me. We left immediately and she tried too. No luck. She quickly checked other rooms and changed my room. Im appreciated thst.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Great offering for the free breakfast, but the food was cold. Wasn't the best tasting food, but it may have been an off day.
