”Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.”

”Inadequate parking for units farthest from the office. Re bedding: no comforter...it was a regular bedspread that cannot possibly be washed in between stays.”

”This is a great little inn that has a convenient location. The room was very clean, the pool was very clean, and the breakfast area was well stocked with juice, coffee, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and muffins. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly.”

”Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed.”

”Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. We said we were happy to eat at any time as we were staying with them but they had no space. We found it odd that such an expensive resort could not cater for their guests.
