”we were impressed with the with the condition of the room and the excellent customer service we experienced. We also took advantage of the breakfast included with the room. The price was extremely reasonable for the area and good value. ”

”Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good.”

There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay.”

”Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned.”
