This is a loft studio apartment located on the 3rd floor with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, luxurious bathroom with large bath and separate rainfall shower. There is a desk and chair if a workspace is required. A mini fridge, microwave and kettle are also provided for guests convenience. A private apartment to enjoy at your leisure. I am local to the area if you need any assistance at all during your stay I can be contacted through Airbnb messages or phone Town centre accommodation close to shops, bars, restaurants and a short 2 minute walk to the marina and harbour. There is a bus stop right outside the building and the train station is a 7 minute walk. On street parking is a disc zone throughout the town centre with unlimited parking from 5.30pm until 8.30am. The long stay car park is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The studio apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building which is accessed by stairs.
