The decorations are beautiful and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms/kitchen were very clean. Thank you again. ”We spent 2 nights in the house with our kids and our friend’s family. It was the perfect size for the 11 of us. The water access, proximity to the beach and closeness to stores and restaurants was great. Most of us grew up in the Carolinas and have been to beaches our entire lives but this was our first stay in Ocean Isle. It definitely won’t be our last though as this is our new favorite beach. ”

”Beautiful home and very convenient location. Great pool area and the icemaker by the pool was really helpful. Short walk to the beach, which was very manageable for all ages. The set up of the rooms is great - everyone felt like they had privacy. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Some basic signs of just wear and tear on the home (toilet paper holders pulled from the wall and a a couple stains here and there) but nothing that made us uncomfortable. ”This house is extremely well designed to fit a large group without feeling cramped. There are two large living spaces so kids can be on a separate floor to hang out, which was great for our group. The house is a super close walk to the beach and there are tons of chairs and beach towels for guest use, which was a huge bonus. The pool and pool area were great for kids and adults alike. ”Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! ”
