Kitchen in our room had leftovers from previous guests, balcony area was filthy with bird poop and wallaby scat all over it. Not once did this area get cleaned whilst we were there. Rollaway bed for our son was nowhere insight even though we requested it. Our neighbours decided to play their loud techno music until late every night we were there.
TV in bedroom did not work for 2 days and on another day they decided to do maintenance work on water and electricity, hence, there was no running water or electricity for 4 hours during lunch which meant limited food options etc. The floor into our shower was severely slippery, our 5 year old fell twice on his way into it and I slipped on numerous occasions. Outdoor furniture on our balcony was mouldy and smelly, the furniture around pool areas was also severely stained/unclean and mouldy. The decking around the big pool was in need of repairs with loose boards and paint stripping away. We could never get into any of the restaurants when we needed, even though the resort was not at full capacity. Food was not great and the price tag ridiculous. Really disappointed with this resort, we were truly expecting the best and unfortunately the property is in decline and we left feeling like we had been swindled. The weather was great.
