Rates seemed high for off-season. Microwave located in another building and shower water took several minutes to get warm. Very friendly staff and room was clean, but was not cleaned between days.

The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner.

Property is messy. (Renovations?) Check in was slow. Our room was clean but had strange smell. Beds were comfortable. Sleep interrupted by noisy neighbors twice.
