Beautiful Upscale 4-bedroom home located in the heart of the city. Master bedroom located upstairs with a breakfast nook and balcony. 3 bedrooms located on the main floor.
Basement features a bar and a Pac-Man arcade in the basement, futon and queen let out couch. Privacy fence in the back yard with a large deck and grill. Restaurant district 2 minutes away for dinning. Explore Wichita historic entertainment district, Old Town with family and friends for dinning and night clubs, brewpubs to an upscale urban winery. There's something for everyone to enjoy also located in the heart of the city 7 minutes away. Wichita attractions minutes away from Upscale Abode, Sedgwick Zoo and park the 7th largest zoo in the United States. Botanica the Wichita gardens, Exploration place, the keeper of the plains, century II, INTRUST Arena and many, many more.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode and thought the house really lived up to the description of an older house with character renovated to include some nice luxuries, such as a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, smart TVs, fast Internet, mini refrigerators, and plenty of comfortable seating. The layout with the master bedroom upstairs and three smaller bedrooms (one with bunk beds) downstairs would make this house especially good for families visiting Wichita.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode. The property was in great shape, was very comfortable for our family, and was beautiful. The owner was able to be reached when needed and was helpful in answering our questions. Check in and out was easy as well.

Best Vrbo home in Wichita

Came for Christmas holidays and was blown away by this wonderful place. Was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. The decor was beautiful. Room for the whole family meal and relaxation. I come to town every couple of months and have stayed a lot of different places, but this one was exceptional. Will rent again and recommend highly to anyone. Thank you Sonia for being the best host ever!

Girls weekend

Some of my friend girls and I use this beautiful home as a weekend get away and reset. The beds were super comfy and the accommodations were better than they look on the pictures. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions. I would definitely use it again.

Cute house

The house is a nice size if you have multiple families staying together like we did. Location and neighborhood were awesome, except for the rooster next door. After a few days you kind of get used to him. Our only issue was with the thermostat that wouldn’t stay set at any temp above 64 degrees. We had to reset every few hours or it would just drop back down. House was fully stocked with many amenities. Very cute cozy home.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!
