”We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back because it’s been great experiences. This trip had some hiccups. Our family hung out Friday night in the lobby and the bar was closed. That was disappointing. I had planned on working over the weekend but the wifi was down the entire time. That was huge. There was only one elevator, which wasn’t a big deal to me since I never use it but my husband spent time waiting for it. The place was full this weekend. The coffee was room temp each morning....

”Everyone at this hotel was amazing. My brother fell in the bathroom and broke the toilet and the room started flooding. They immediately changed our room and started cleaning the mess. I was asking what the charge would be to replace the toilet. They said there is no charge for that. They were truly concerned for my brother’s safety. A terrible thing to happen on our first night there but everyone went above and beyond.”

”It was a really nice hotel just a little dated and you could see where repairs were done on the ceiling and wall. Jacuzzi tub was super clean and worked great!! Didnt have balcony access as they had screwed plates into the door. A little disappointed about that. Bed was spring matress abd caused back issues but was clean. ”
