”We arrived early at the property and were able to use our room before 2pm...the staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly.
The room itself was very comfortable and clean with a lovely en suite...it was perfect for our overnight stay and an easy walking distance from Cardiff city centre.

”We stayed at this hotel recently and couldn't really fault it. The rooms are clean, modern and stocked with essentials such as tea, coffee, water and biscuits. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel itself is lovely.
The only downside is that the spa closes to guests at 10:00, after which point I am guessing you must make a paid booking. This was rather disappointing as I had hoped to utilise the spa after breakfast but was unable to do so before going home. Still a lovely place...
”The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

The kitchenette was adequate to prepare/cook a simple meal. The breakfast was good with a range of food, including a cooked breakfast. We thought it was excellent value for money.”
