”The pub is friendly with good food and staff. The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. ”

Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! ”No food Monday or Tuesday, the only food available is a Chinese in the village that doesn't take card (cash only). Not sure about other rooms but room 4 the Internet is terrible on all the networks and no phone signal either. Room is not made up or restocked during the day. The pub car park is small and the patrons seem to abaddon their vehicles all over the place which mean you can't get parked. There is a fridge in your room🌟 Would I stay again 🤔 doubt that very much. ”Great place to stay if you’re off to the races, 15mins by car or Taxi. The pub does not provide a breakfast but their evening meals are good, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are at the back of the pub and have ensuite bathrooms, tea, coffee and water bottles in the mini fridge. The linen and towels were all fresh and the bed very comfortable. ”
