”The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me.”

”We really like staying here, but it just seems that every time I go there’s always something that the cleaning staff has not handled, one night stay there was ice cream in the freezer from previous occupant and the inside of the refrigerator hadn’t been wiped down.”

”Took the blanket off the made bed in our ‘clean’ room and it had two dirty socks and some small pieces of garbage on top of the sheet. On top of that even though the hotel is newer, it’s already getting rundown, nothing is maintained, toilet seats are broken and yellow, and black mold-looking stains on the ceilings above the shower. Also, the last three times I stayed there, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even helped to check me in. I stay at...

”Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. ”Property is pretty however will never stay here again, the wifi wasn’t working and very crucial for me as I work from home the shower did not have a wall to cover the entire shower therefore the ENTIRE bathroom would get wet I used almost all the towels just to soak up the water it was terrible. The room was so hot and thermostat couldn’t go below 72 it just overall was not a good stay for how expensive it was I would NOT recommend there are more affordable and functional properties out there...
