”I actually used the property twice in the same trip. That’s how much I liked it. Nice breakfast buffet. Impressive shopping and movie opportunities in nearby Sandy. Close enough to the airport. Good jump of site for visiting National Parks.”

”The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me.”

”Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. This was so frustrating because grandpa had two grandchildren who were anxious to swim after a long drive and for the grandparent because he then had to find a way to entertain them...

”The property was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options.”

”The lock on my door wouldn’t lock. Tried to tell the front desk but no one was there. A big black spot on the carpet. I couldn’t tell anyone because no one at the front desk. I hate leaving bad reviews because a few years ago it wasn’t as bad. The room also smelled like burnt Ramon noodles.”

”The property was somewhat clean but very run down with visible signs of disrepair. Did find an earwig in the bathroom but it was an inexpensive hotel so our expectations were low”

”Our room was very clean. The bed was nice and firm. The staff was very respectful and helpful whenever asked a question. Parking was excellent and there was a couple of decent restaurants nearby. It was a great place to stay for the two days we were in town.”

”Back door was not secure, just opened without a key as it should have. Room could use a better clean on floor and there was hair in the tub (I had to clean tub out before letting my kids take a bath) Had to go get more towels as only 2 in the room with a reservation for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). No security or personal to keep guests quiet with neighbors so loud well after 2 in the morning was horrible. Children screaming and adults so loud and in hallways that made it impossible to...
