”Our room was wonderful! The room/bathroom was very clean as was the dining area, the mansion and the grounds. The beds were very comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. It’s tucked away in a quiet area of town/not far from Route 6 and town/gas station/stores. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Excellent stay!”

”The property was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. The house is very attractive inside and out. Communication with the host was easy and Lisa was responsive but. honestly, we did not have any additional needs for which we needed assistance. The outdoor areas were very nice, but the weather was not cooperating enough for us to enjoy them. There were several less-than-ideal items as well: there were closets in the BR's for hanging clothes but noticed there were no dressers to...

”Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night!
