”What we have come to expect from a Hilton property. Cordial and welcoming upon arrival by the receptionist. Breakfast was more than the typical Hilton complimentary breakfast, had an added item not usual to Hilton breakfast. They also offered besides the “normal” items but also a taco and burrito breakfast bar that included pulled pork for that option. Beyond delicious. Well done Homewood Suites by Hilton ”

”Everything needs a deep clean, but it's still very good. Very quiet room, perfect bed minus a dip on the bathroom side. Seen this in a few of their rooms. Good breakfast with many options. Wish there was a direct rout from the mall across the street but it's 5 min to go 1 street. Staff was great. Water refill station. Would stay again. ”

”I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. To make matters worse, the electricity went out, and despite notifying the staff, no one ever came to fix it or even follow up. At one point, we were unable to open the door, which felt both frustrating and unsafe. On top of that, there were intoxicated guests running around the hotel with beers, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. Overall, the...

”i’m very disappointed my family was really looking forward to enjoying time in the spa and the pool … the spa was not working .. the pool was freezing cold you couldn’t even enjoy staying in for a minute … plus the room had a very bad humid smell when you walk in there … when we in are room getting for bed there was roaches crawling behind the bed frame then on the wall then we saw one on the blind then behind the tv i called the front desk and they said they were going to let the manager know...
