Upon entering the unit you will find a Laundry room and Half Bath to your right and a Den/additional sleeping area to your left. The Foyer opens up to the large great room with luxury Kitchen, Dining area and large living room. Large Windows and 10 foot ceilings make the whole unit bright and inviting. You can access the large private wrap around deck from the living room as well as two of the bedrooms. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, and outdoor fireplace and gas grille to enjoy those summer nights. All four bedrooms are large and have attached bathrooms for privacy.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
