  • Paikan päällä olevalle pysäköinnille 2 autolle, loistavalla paikalla kaupungin keskustan ja Wildwoodin rantojen ja Boardwalkin läheisyydessä, ja majoitusta 14 henkilölle, tämä loma-asunto on loistava valinta kaikille perheille tai ryhmille.

    Saapuessaan vieraat huomaavat pyörätelineet ja piknikpöydät, joita voidaan käyttää kolmen pääyksikön sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella. Jatkamalla loma-asuntoasi, pääsisäänkäynti sijaitsee portaikon yläosassa. Suunta suoraan sisäpuolelle, pino-alainen vaatekaappi, edessä oleva lastaus, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu voidaan sijoittaa vasemmalle, juuri ennen ensimmäistä kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta, joissa on kylpyamme / suihku.

    Kylpyhuoneen kautta ensimmäiseen neljään makuuhuoneeseen vieraat huomaavat queen-size-vuoteen. Makuuhuoneen läpi keittiöön on täysikokoinen jääkaappi, kaasuuni ja liesi sekä pöytä neljälle. Den on kytketty keittiöön ja siinä on kaksi kuningatar-kokoista futonia, joissa 42 tuuman taulutelevisio on asennettu viereiseen seinään. Siellä on myös toinen ruokapöytä, jossa majoitusta kuudelle. Kun poistut Den- ja Kitchen-alueelta, takaisin käytävälle lähellä loma-asunnosi sisäänkäyntiä, kolme jäljellä olevaa makuuhuonetta näyttävät oikealta ja suoraan eteenpäin.

    Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa oikealla on queen-size-vuode 32 tuuman taulutelevisiolla vastakkaisen seinän lipastolla. Seuraavaksi toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuode lipastoineen ja vastakkaiseen seinään kiinnitetyllä 42 tuuman taulutelevisiolla. Eteisen päässä voi sijaita viimeinen neljästä makuuhuoneesta. Sisällä on 42 tuuman taulutelevisio, joka sijaitsee heti vasemmalla, ja kahdella kerrossängyllä oikealla.

    Suosittu tapa nauttia tästä loma-asunnosta on pysäköinti kiinteistölle ja kävely läheisille rannoille, kävelytie nähtävyyksiin, ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja kaupungin keskustaan. Päivittäistavarakauppoja tarvittaessa vierailijat voivat nauttia mukavuudestaan pysäköidä loma-asunnon ulkopuolella ja purkaa autoaan. Tämän loma-asunnon lisäetu on vieressä oleva ovi, johon kytketty yksikkö sijaitsee keittiössä. Suuremmille osapuolille, jotka varaavat molemmat yksik��t, vieraat voivat kulkea molemmin puolin helposti.

    Alle 25-vuotiaille ryhmävuokralaisille ja vuokralaisille kiinteistön omistaja vaatii 100 dollarin vakuuden jokaiselta kiinteistöä käyttävältä henkilöltä. Lisäksi ennen varauksen viimeistelyä meidän on ajoitettava ryhmällesi aika tapata kiinteistön omistajaa henkilökohtaisesti.

    Tuo mukaasi toimittamalla ranta- / kylpypyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, pyykinpesuaine ja paperitavarat. Jätä kiinteistö sellaisena kuin olet löytänyt sen, kaikki esineet puhdistettu ja laitettu pois. Ammattimainen siivouspalvelu on pian uloskirjautumisen jälkeen valmistamaan yksikkö seuraaville vuokralaisille. Varmista, että TRASH ja RECYCLING otetaan pois loman aikana. Tämän tekemättä jättäminen johtaa ylim��äräiseen 50 dollarin roskakoriin.

    Lomavuokrauksen varaaminen lisensoidun New Jersey Real Estate Brokeren kautta voi auttaa helpottamaan kesävarausten varaamista ja säästää rahaa. Really liked this place. It's very roomy. It's in a bit of a weird building, but the location is great. It's about a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk. It comes with a parking space and there is street parking right around there since you're a bit of a distance from the boardwalk. The place was cleaned and furnished nicely. I really appreciate that they include the linens and towels in the pricing upfront. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. Close to everything- beach/boardwalk, the gym, supermarket and CVS. I wish we knew to bring our own blankets(only linens & pillows were provided) We also needed to buy more toilet paper& hand soap for the bathrooms. Also, it’s directly behind the sewer/water company, so it’s pretty loud starting at 6am

Comfortable Rental Home

We enjoyed ourselves at this house. Quiet and safe area. The owner was very kind and communicated well. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

The property was filthy. The ceiling fans, the mattress covers, rugs, and bathrooms. The place smells when you come in and we had to replace the AC filter as it was overflowing with dust. There are issues with dressers that are broken, appliances are filthy, and the smoke alarm went off even when we were not cooking . It was crazy. This building is an industrial one with garages and commercial businesses behind it and next to it. They fit a few units in a commercial property and could spend a little to do a proper cleaning and some small improvements. Also, we woke up every morning at 5 o’clock with heavy machinery outside emptying large containers of garbage, when we contacted management the response was this was that this was an affordable unit and not perfect. They were not helpful and unprofessional. Cleanliness and odors are not negotiable in my opinion. We travel often and this was by far the worst and dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for. Never again!

Real noisy

The rooms were great. Every day the garbage trucks would start their day at 5 AM even on the 4th of July. On Sunday they started at 4AM. Terrible location.

Family friendly

The unit was spacious and provided the basic essentials. It lacked a little in cleanliness. The master bedroom window has a view of dumpsters and a worksite. The noise from there was waking us up at 5am and continued daily even on Sunday. Other than that the location was nice, 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk but food and bowling was nearby.

Weekend getaway

Property was sufficient for the amount of people. The place needs to be updated. There was only one egress which could be a potential problem in case of emergency such as fire. Could have at least had a pillow on each bed. Some areas were not really clean. Convenient to the boardwalk. Will probably not be back to this place.

How do you book a condo for 7 people, where the listing says accommodates up to 10, and there were only 4 pillows in the entire condo? I think that’s pretty ridiculous.

Everything was great, except...

Everything was great! My bf and I were the ones to arrive first, we checked in took a look around the VRBO to make sure everything was good and nothing was damaged or missing upon arrival... everything was going well until the power went out all throughout WW... the entire weekend was ruined because of this, we didn't get the power back on at all... because of the unbearable heat my group and I decided to leave before our planned checkout date... trip was such a disaster. Property owner was great a communicating with us, VRBO itself was great and everything was amazing and so accommodating. Such a shame that incident happen and we weren't able to enjoy the stay.

Never again.

Being truthful here. The location was ok. The check in went smoothly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was dirty. There were days old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. I say this because they were dry and hard and they’ve been there a while. At first I thought ok they must have just forgotten to empty them. But then there was a filthy dirty oven mitt in the dirty utensils drawer. Among other things The only sharp knife they had was dull and the handle was falling off. Be careful of the cabinet door. If opened it will hit the ceiling fan. The chairs at the table were so wobbly it was not safe to sit on them. I was told by management, the owner told him they can’t be loose because they were just tightened. Basically calling me a liar. So I took videos and ask him to show them to the owner. I ended up putting 5 of the 8 chairs aside, because they were bad so we used the bench and stools they had there. The bedroom I stayed armoire was falling apart. And upon exiting they expect you to do the cleaning. Wipe down the refrigerator, wipe down the bathrooms not unreasonable but they want you to do the wash too. Not on my vacation! I get the feeling you are cleaning for the next renters. I feel about $500.00 in upgrades to this place along with proper cleaning would make a world’s difference. Clearly they don’t want to put any money into the place. I have plenty of pictures and videos. I’m going to stay away from this place. Never again. I was embarrassed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By renting the units A and C at this location, it worked nicely for the 13 of us that were staying between the two units. The adjoining door enabled us all to stay connected during our vacation. In terms of the actual units themselves, while overall they were pretty nice, they are in need of a very deep cleaning. One bathroom in each of the units is extremely small. If you are on the toilet, your knees are up against the sink. They are just too small. The larger bathrooms, one per unit, are located in the master bedroom areas but can be accessed easily in both units. The property management group was nice to work with and we enjoyed our stay, but the units definitely need to be cleaner before we would stay again.

The one bathroom is much smaller than pictures portray and there is no tub for little ones. The futons have been screwed so you are not able to fold them down into a bed. The grills probably need to be replaced as the one we tried to use caught fire and was rusty. The owner of the property was quite rude to her maintenance man. One tv remote had to be replaced but nobody knew how to pair it with the TV so the only thing the new remote would control was the volume. Even though we had all these issues it was overall a nice unit in a great location.

Property was clean and property management provided good information. Unfortunately, the property description did not inform that a TV was missing and the remotes needed batteries. However, the dwelling and area provided the vacation atmosphere needed for my family

This place was decent!! Most of our trip was great, The only complaint that I had was we had to wait till 4 o’clock to check in because of a supposed cleaning service that needed to happen, but when we got there we had to clean everything, sweep up all dirt & sand and the two futons in the living room it had crumbs and cookies inside of each one a lot of them we had to take a vacuum and suck it all up!! I also needed to go bye roach traps because we saw many of them in the apartment about 10!

Horrible, dirty, moldy , property

Let’s start with the fact that this property was not cleaned or sanitized. There’s a little thing called CORONA happening and I guess they didn't really care. I had to clean myself and didn’t get into the property until we’ll after 8pm because of this. There was decorations hanging from previous family. A condom on the wall, a bug on the bed. All bathroom rugs were left in house and were wet and stunk badly, which lets me know they aren’t washing them. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Theres a half punched hole in bathroom door. The kitchen fan hits the cabinet door when you open it. The kitchen table is broken. The futons have food/drink stains and who knows what else all over them. One futon is broken. Shower curtain has mold on bottom of it. This house is disgusting! The baseboards have liquids and dirt all over them... then let’s talk about the black mold that covers almost every vent in this house. It’s in the showers on the ceilings, everywhere! My chest hurt the whole time I was there! My cousin with asthma had to go home early because It was hard for her to breath. The oven doesn’t work. We pre made food for my gathering and it was all trash because we could not cook it. Hundreds dollars of groceries! From the start the owner was rude and ignorant, she yelled at me when I told her what was wrong with her property and told me to just stop. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Save your money and save yourself from a terrible over priced trip because this place is a money pit.. this is the worst vacation I’ve ever had
