”Clean room, very good service. The only thing I found disgusting was the gym and laundry sharing space, and I was not able to exercise, the steam of the laundry was all over the gym.”

Could constantly hear the road traffic too. Worse night sleep. Bed was good, room was big. But not great comfort. ”

”The staff at this location is exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The people who work during the day are just awesome. Front desk is so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The location is good. Front desk have great recommendations. The king suite is spacious.”

”I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...

”The place was very clean and the people were very friendly and it was close to several restaurants in the area. However, when I did not like was, I was told that breakfast was included with the stay, but when I got there, they told me that I needed a coupon which they did not provide me with because I went through Expedia, which then they told me that the hotel still was supposed to provide me with the coupon for my stay. I found that very odd if breakfast wasn’t included, they should just say...

”They're not transparent about charging for breakfast. A very small, unnoticeable sign when it looks like a continental breakfast and I don't approach you until after you've taken food to tell you that it's $15 per person, they also promote that they have a restaurant and bar inside the facility. But they do not, it is a common area that has a bar counter that is not open.”
