”Hotel was very nice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river with lots of birds to view in the evening. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean, large, nice temperature, with lots of places to sit and umbrellas to keep us in the shade. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again.”

”The pool was cold. The hot tub was great. Stingy with checkout time. Continental breakfast was ok. The resort is beautifully decorated with plants and trees galore. Front desk/lady was slow and cumbersome by having guest fill out a registration form. And about 5 guests ahead of us and no backup help was there.”

”The credit card I gave for incidentals was charge several hundred without explanation. I called the hotel two weeks ago, explained that I had this issue and was promised a manager would call me back right away. I never heard back. So I paid the credit card statement but am out than money now, so crediting the card won't do anything. I had a good stay, but this isn't ok and I feel like I need to leave this review on Google and other sites as well because that amount of money is significant enough...

”From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were extremely cordial and helpful. I do my fair share of traveling and there's usually one or two shining stars but here, everybody I encountered made me feel as if I was their focus.”

”The sink wouldn't drain, the toilet had trouble flushing, as it was full of black mold. The property is literally falling down, hence there is only one picture of the outside of the property, taken way in the back. Don't think I will be booking with Expedia any time in the near future, if this is an example of what you have to offer.”

”Pros: super friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Appreciated the complementary breakfast buffet. Cons: We tried to order room service for dinner and the restaurant was so busy that they basically told us to go elsewhere. Location - felt kind of out there (but, perfectly nice & safe).”
