”This stay was the absolute worst! Loud. Doors slamming all night long! People in rooms or hallways Very loud. Left at 3a.m. & told the front desk why. Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. Never...

”Room was clean and bed comfortable, only the pillows were a bit worn. Guest laundry was marked in the elevator but I couldn’t find it were it was supposed to be. ”
