”The hotel states to do a light touch everyday. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the rest. We talked to the front desk on Friday morning and we were assured the room will be cleaned that day. It wasn"t. We talked again in the evening and the told us it would be cleaned on Saturday. Obly when we complained on Saturday evening that the room hadn"t been cleaned for 4 days, the recepcionist sent a maid to collect trash and gave us fresh towels. Finally on Sunday the room got the light...

”The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations.”

”Very satisfied with this property. Well maintained and clean. Personable staff. Shared bathrooms impressively clean. Shared kitchen areas are well maintained with free coffee in the morning. Guest rooms have huge windows, TV, cable, internet. Its a simple, comfortable and safe place to stay and at a fraction of the price of other hotels further away from downtown.”

”I have stayed here 3 times over several years, and this will be last time i stay here. It has gone downhill so much. The homeless hang out on the front lobby and all around the building. Only door that works is the front door. Elevator is barely working and was even shut down at one point. Breakfast EVERY morning for a week was eggs and sausage links. Toaster barely toasts bread or begal. Room has wall mount heater/ac, but no labels, have to just guess and what to see what comes out. Once its...

”Room was quite rundown. Weather was sunny and room was hot all night long, no aircon. I guess room was so clean as possible, but feeling was not comfortable. Water was a real issue, hot water from all taps, very difficult to find cool shower temperature.”
