”Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.”

”This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong. I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel. I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area...

”Excellent overnight stay for early next day flight. Staff were great. Friendly and easy to talk to. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. ”

”Not happy with check in process. Won’t let you check in before even if your room is ready. They only let you check in if you pay $30 extra dollars. It’s outrageous. I have NEVER seen this before. Rip off. Would not go back because of that alone. ”

”It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...
