”This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”

”The host was prompt, pleasant, and addressed my immediate question right away! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I just have 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. There were no medium or large size frying pans, only 2 small. That was an inconvenience when making a meal for 2. Maybe I overlooked the larger pan, but I did search all cabinets. The other issue was that there was a snowstorm on day 2 of our stay that ended early morning around 4am. By 9am the walkway and stairs were not...
