Worst accommodation. Left a review on Google maps, got an AI generated reply with "fill in the blank" spots for my detials with them not filled in (clearly ChatGPT). As experienced when I checked out, they don't care. No, I will not be giving you another chance. You took my money for an expected level of service, you didn't deliver, you don't care.
To the point, no breakfast available, which we knew, but brought things to eat for breakfast, and while the lack of some way to eat was bad enough, the real issue was the microwave in the room didn't work. It turned on, but didn't cook the waffles. Worse than that, the TV clearly uses WIFI, understandable, but given the signal in our rail car was non existent the TV would continuously cut out making it unwatchable. This also meant we could not use personal devices as they didn't have a stable WIFI connection. I forgot to mention the broken bed, at some point the low spot where people sit on the side of the bed has to trigger a call for the mattress to be replaced, that should have happened a long time ago. The last thing in the room was the dirty carpet, there is clearly a lack of care.
In terms of the site, the mouldy washing machines in the laundry was a problem, and then 3 of the 4 dryers were broken.
This place is literally one of the worst places I have stayed. Avoid!
