This beautiful open concept home boasts magnificent views from every window. The property is on 1.5 acres with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full size kitchen.

Due to the location cell service may be limited on or near the property. The property is equipped with high speed Starlink WiFi.

Highly recommend using a vehicle with 4WD/AWD in the winter months to navigate the possible terrain.

While this home isn’t completely off-grid, it features sustainably sourced water and we ask our guests kindly to conserve water as much as possible.

Please note— the house is located down a dirt road-approximately 2 miles.

In the winter months, stay updated on the latest weather forecasts and advisories from national weather services. This will help you plan your activities and make informed decisions during your stay. Also, check AZ 511 for real-time updates on road conditions. This will ensure you have the most accurate information and can adjust your travel plans accordingly.

FIREPIT -
Coconino County has strict no burn days and fire restrictions. On days with restrictions no open fires are allowed. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is a finable offense to burn on these days and will be strictly enforced.
