"The woman at the front desk was very helpful however the cleaning staff I'd say otherwise! We didn't require full housekeeping services but even though there were 4 of us and were only given 2 towels when we asked for more we were given hand towels and washcloths!!!"

"The room itself was clean but the bathroom was not. Some kind of water treatment is needed. The toilet and sink where brown and rusted and the water smelled like rotten eggs. No one works the front desk you have to call them to check in or when something is needed."
