”Next door to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center, which is a great benefit. The hotel also has a free daily breakfast, though there is little variation in what is served. For example, we had seven breakfasts there, and no bacon was ever served.
The room was quiet, and the hotel provides daily room service—which I have not seen since before Covid. The maid staff is friendly and willing to work with the guests.”

”We checked in and all the towels in the room were either moist or wet because it was so humid. It was late at night and we didn't realize that was why so we just got new towels. But the towels were always moist the whole time we were there. We started experiencing bad respiratory issues and it was clear that there was mold present. Symptoms eased up when we left for the day, and began resolving, except for my wife, when we checked out. Also, Their Food Services are filthy and they should be...

”Location was good. Our bathroom and kitchen area floors were so filthy and sticky that we had to lay down towels to walk on them. We asked 3 times for cleaning and got nothing. It made the whole place seem “sticky.” And, we could never get really warm water for showering — someone needs a new boiler or a good repair.
Also, there at least two guest dogs barking starting at 7 am. Very annoying.
I would NOT recommend staying here and I’m usually pretty easy to please.”
