”Front staff named Morgan was excellent, very polite and helped when ever needed something. The lady that was there on Saturday March 14th for the day shift was not she was spending her time talking to a older gentleman named Bobthat she knew and would give him cookies when she worked at Wendy’s. We had a issue with the toilet and needed towels but made a note that said that we had a do not disturb sign on the door which we did not, so when we got back the the room at 9:30 that night Morgan come...

”Words cannot describe how great the owner is. He was more than accommodating and gave us all the tips on how to get our trail permits for the trails. He even stopped by to make sure we were all good and didn’t have any questions. It was a mile down the road to two different trails and we could just drive our side by sides right to the trail my truck and trailer never left the driveway. I would stay here again when visiting the trails. ”

”This place was a wonderful place to stay the host Gary is incredible. The house was very clean and only a short mile to the trail system down the road looks like very nice neighborhood wasn't worried about anything what do ever. Has everything you need at the house including firewood bathroom utensils and all other necessities.i would definitely think about staying there again and if you are looking and pick this place you won't be sorry!”

”Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. Temps were below freezing first couple of days with a few inches of snow but the cottage stayed warm and cozy. Great space for a couple. Peace and quiet away from the city was nice.We arrived for...

”Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. ”

”Perfect place if you're going to trails. Everyone we dealt with from the owners to the restaurant workers to even the locals who frequented the restaurant were great and treated you like friends. Will probably be first choice for future visits. To the owners and employees, thank you.”
