”It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!!”

”Had everything we needed for an extended weekend of riding the HM trails. Very clean, comfortable and quiet but not far to Buffalo Mountain trail access and gas station. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit each evening. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We’ve stayed many places in the HM system over the last several years and this house is one of the nicest we’ve seen. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay!”

”My wife and I stayed at the Red Dog Cottage for our wedding anniversary trip. The cottage and surrounding property were beautiful and meticulously cleaned and groomed. My wife and I enjoy riding ATVs and this location was perfect for that, being only .5 mile from the Hatfield McCoy trail entrance. The property owners are wonderful people and the love they have poured into this property is immediately evident the minute you set foot on it.”

”Everything about this place was great. We will definitely be staying here again. The only reason the location got a 4 star was because there is a ball park that shares a parking lot with this home and it gets crazy crowded but then on a good note you can run over to the concession stand and get some good snacks! We rode 10 hours one day. The trails were amazing around this property!”
