”A great overnight stay at this hotel. Had a space themed family room - loved it! The decor was amazing, from the galaxy wallpaper, to the plough constellation on the ceiling and the seperate bunk bed pod. Fabulous! ”

I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion.
We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us.
We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness.
The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable.

”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...
”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

The room was tiny but beautiful and it had everything we needed. It was very quiet and warm. The breakfast was very good and the dinner at the pub was excellent. We would love to go back!”
”The check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra £10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.”
