”Clean room and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
However, I had booked a room with a king bed and instead we were given a room with two full size beds and a view of the heating cooling system. We were tired and didn't want to deal with it for our one night stay. The hotel was also repairing elevators at the time of our visit and the water was scheduled to be off at noon the next day.”

”The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.”

”The staff was so friendly and welcoming, every single person. I was traveling with my dogs and part of the reason I stayed here was because the pet fee was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. When I checked in the sweet agent gave me little goodie bags for my dogs with treats, a collapsible dog dish, a toy and poop bags in a cute holder! This is really above and beyond. There is a nice area nearby to walk as well.”
