"The rooms are nice and properly cleaned. Staff was very helpful with answers to our questions (1st time visitors to Shenandoah). "Overall a good experience, although we had to get a new room immediately upon arrival since it was not clean enough. Breakfast was sufficient, although the coffee pot was empty and we had to find an attendant to make more. Beds were decent, but pillows are too small/thin. Not comfortable at all. ..."
