”The motel was a basic set: nothing too fancy but nothing very wrong either - it was what you would expect for the price.
We had probably the best bathroom because it was an accessible room: BIG.
The room had a very bad smell (carpet?) but we got used to it in a couple of minutes. I'm not sure I would come again because of the smell, but I can recommend the place in general if you are just stopping by to sleep before continuing somewhere else - and get a good price for the room.

”The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit ”

”Apart from the help given by Sheree this was an appalling place to stay. Despite messaging the hotel twice, their 24 hour airport shuttle did not appear due to someone not turning up and it cost $40 just to get to the hotel. The person behind the desk was not interested and the room we were given was filthy with chewing gum on the floor and a sofa chair that looked like it had been attacked by rats. The next room was a little better but not by much. It is generous to say a continental breakfast...

”Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay...
