”The hotel is conveniently situated and has a spa which is why I booked it. My room was upgraded and nicely decorated and quirky; the ceiling must be about 30 ft high! The air con can be a bit noisy but otherwise quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is small but that's quirky, too - used to be a vault and you can still see the brick tunnel and heavy doors. Didn't try any of the dining options so unable to comment. Very enjoyable stay.”

Room was really nice, clean and modern with facilities available. Breakfast was offered as an add on as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering directions to the theatre and into the shopping centre.
