”Natasha was very accommodating . We had unusual events and stress with a child withdrawing from college. Everything went well and my daughter enjoyed to fact that they could just walk to town for dinner and treats. Thanks and would recommend. ”

The loft is situated in the heart of downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops. Aaron's communication was spot on throughout the entire process. We would definitely stay here again.”

”The area was very nice there was a lot of parking available within walking distance. Also within walking distance was a lot of local businesses and restaurants, many of which the host told us about. The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

”This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

”The host was absolutely top notch with regards to communication. The home is spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. We met the hostess neighbor briefly and he was very nice and welcoming. Will stay again!”

”The apartment has an ant problem in the kitchen that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, we enjoyed it - very clean and comfortable. Overall, the neighborhood was good and we walked downtown from the apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. But if there are light sleepers in your party, you can hear the people upstairs talking and walking above you.”

”Gorgeous house. I know it’s part of a duplex, but it felt like our own house. It’s very spacious, which is not a surprise. I chose it because it had listed the square footage of our house. Huge dinning room and living room. I would give this 10/10 for the door locks with codes. This made us in complete control of our house. It’s so easy and smooth. It’s also easy because you don’t worry about keys. The place was super clean, there were no shortcuts. Comfort and sleep was good, I didn’t hear any...
