”Excellent location and definitely get the parking pass for the vehicle. Everything was terrific except the bed. Not able to move without making my husband move or him me, felt like a waterbed! Plus big hole in the center of mattress was sucking us in and let’s just say not maybe one hour of sleep. Owner/property manager was great at communicating. ”

”It was a fantastic oceanfront, family-friendly condo. They had everything you would need and more, saving the hassle of bringing all the extras you would want/need for a beach vacation. The condo was clean and stocked when we arrived. Included, were beach ready items for the kids and adults, plus games and art supplies to keep the kids happy when staying indoors. I will certainly be back again!”

We didn’t plan any of our days out during our stay. Which make some of the best vacation experiences. ”We loved our stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and the Boardwalk but far enough to wear it wasn’t overly crowded. We didn’t get much sunshine during our trip, so we really appreciated having some games in the condo to enjoy on rainy days. ”I took my teenage son and nephew for their first Wilmington experience. They requested Downtown. This loft VRBO was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed. Yes, as other reviews stated, you will hear the music from the Bar below. Cam provides white noise machines in both bedrooms and ear plugs. I used the noise machines but not the ear plugs and was just fine. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back! ”
