”There weren't a lot of places to stay in this town. Staff was wonderful but by the time I paid for the room and our fury, I found it quite expensive for the value and the area. I am always surprised how few hotels in south Texas are pet friendly. ”

”Always clean and easy to check in. It is gated which is ok but needs to be added to their page as we were not aware of such. Room was clean and Beds comfortable. ”

”Spoke to the manager and a staff member when we left...(both) did not seem concerned. The windows leak air, whistle and allow lots of road noise. The bathroom door in the king executive suite will lock by itself, do not close the door prior to bed or you will be locked out until maintenance shows up to unlock it for you. The shampoo was empty. However, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.”

”Great price, but it seemed the most attention was to the beds. Kitchenette area needed a major update (rust on units). Very dim lighting and an incredibly small TV made it basically pointless to watch from the bed across the room. Friendly staff, but I don’t think I will stay here again. ”

”The hotel was located close to a highway, which was great for continuing our road trip. The room was nice, clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The bathroom needs some attention - flooring was loose, tub was chipped, and sliding glass door wouldn't stay closed. The pool and hot tub were nice and so were the staff. There is a connecting restaurant but no included breakfast, which was disappointing. Overall it was a good choice for the one night we were in town.”

”The room was very spacious. The coffee was strong. I just wish they offered coffee in the afternoons to their guests. We did not find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful, and even though it has, a kitchenette, there was not a single utensil mug pan,or plates to be able to use the kitchen.”

”The interstate is so close and the sound proofing of the room I stayed in on the third floor was so minimal that the road noise kept me awake all night!”

”BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. ”
