”The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

”I've had a wonderful stay at the Guest House Inn. The property is kept clean, and the rooms are spotless and rooms comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome with their friendly and helpful service. A major highlight was the shower, which had incredible water pressure and plenty of hot water. ”While at this property, my daughter's basketball team had a block of rooms, one room with a dead mouse in it. The GM was quick to apologize and offer a refund as we checked out within the hour of checking in. Also while trying to leave, there was intense rain. The entire entry way of this hotel collapsed and had water every where. I know this property is under new management and I truly hope whomever is tasked with that role can help get this place back in order with the potential it has.”
